Meta Vens 26c44020a1 Catalog: place-names apply adds Miss Terri's list ... Built from a5a81993 on the previous commit's catalog; a second apply printed 'nothing to do'. The merge pass replays the command twice: built at commit 1 (with the purge leg) on master's catalog, then built at the tip.
