Subject: [PATCH] Pin CultMath 0.4.0 (BoundedLeastSquares KKT tolerance; snoise
 tie rule is Breaking)

CultMathRevision 252e226c (cultmath-unity-v0.4.0), manifest tag and lock entry.
Generated content that samples noise may move; fixtures follow in later commits.
Builds as a pin; the suite may fail on re-rolled content until then.
