GameData/Aetheria.cc: smoke-hull apply (Smoke Test Hull, no product)

The catalog is the output of `AetherDb smoke-hull apply` on this tree's catalog, run on Yggdrasil.
It adds one HullData, 17 hardpoints (the Longinus's 13 and four new ones), and nothing else.
